The founder of Huawei, Ren Zhengfei revealed that the company would consider selling Its 5G business to a company based outside Asia. The move from the company is pretty good.

The buyer could modify the source code, meaning that neither the government nor Huawei would have access and control of the telecom’s infrastructure. Well, no companies has shown interest as for now but since we are talking about the world leader in the 5G business, companies will definitely show interest.
The price of its 5G business wasn’t revealed which indicates that the company is trying to check on the companies that will be interested to pay. The reason for the sale still remain unclear but it should at least have something to do with the US ban.
