CloutPay Is A Scam
CloudPay is a scam site that claims to pay users 10-15 dollars per referral and $25 signup bonus. The site main aim is to collect your email address and other personal information, and to earn revenue from your daily tasks.
I saw some Nigerians spreading the CloutPay links everywhere on social media and they have been advertising the website to make it go viral. That’s what prompted me to write a post about them; if CloutPay is legit or scam?
Yes, CloutPay.co Is A Scam and I will provide evidence.
CloutPay Is A Copy Of Other Scams
CloutPay copies other scam websites like cloutbucks.com, viralmarket.co and and many. They have same homepage and member area.
They do this to avoid negative review from frustrated users by creating another similar scam site on another domain name. Meanwhile, they are same people.
CloutPay Fake Payment
CloutPay promised to pay $10 – $15 for every friend a user invites to the program and not only that, sign up bonus is said to be $25.
Where the hell are they getting the money from because they said signing up is free and other activities on the website are free.
Although, CloutPay claims to generate revenue from Sponsors and ad-spend and the portion of the revenue are shared to users promoting their site but there’s nothing like advertisement on their website and that shows how fake they are.
They said they have paid over $44 million to users but according to my research, the website was created on the 5th of May, 2019 and it’s impossible for a new site to cover that huge payout within that period of time.
And with little members they claimed to have reached 300,000 members.
And if you check CloutPay ABOUT page, they claimed they have been paying since 2015 but whereas, the domain age was bought on the 5th of May, 2019.
I hope you can see that? Great!
CloutPay Fake Payment Proofs
CloutPay went far to provide payment proofs to convince users in participating in the program.
People who did the video testimonials are paid actors from freelancing website like Fiverr. They do hire them to make a video for them.
These people has their identity hidden from the public to prevent further investigation from the users of the website.
And not only that, fake people online has been used on their website for testimonials. You can see one below:

The program is too good to be true. Is totally a scam site.
CloutPay FAKE SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES
If you go down on their website and click on the social media buttons, they will redirect you to the top of the website again.
And moreover, you cannot contact them and if you find a way to contact them, they won’t reply to any mail.
I am talking based on my personal experience.
Why Are They Scamming People?
They set up this type of program to attract and entice people by increasing the welcome bonus and referral bonus. They know people loves FREE things, so it’s a good way to scam them by using this method.
Their main intention is to get access to your bank details, PayPal, email address and other payment information.
Once they have gotten access to your personal information like email, they will sell it out to companies who need it and make a lot of money. While your payment info can be hacked and use for online payment.
And another reason they open CloutPay is to earn revenue. Whenever you complete any task on the website like downloading app and watching advert video, they make their commission and keep it to themselves only.
